Who's who?
Construction workers living and working in NSW become members of the CFMEU Construction and General Division NSW. This includes both on-site and off-site construction workers.
As members, you become part of a democratic organisation in which you can play an active role. You can influence the policy and priorities of the union and elect your leaders. Below is a list of people representing the union and their roles

Industrial/Legal Services
The Industrial Services area is made up of both the Wage Claims Department and the Legal Department. Both are highly skilled and qualified, achieving excellent results for financial members.
Wage Claims Department
CFMEU NSW Wage Claims Department provides expertise in all aspects of employee entitlements under many types of employment contracts, including Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and the Fair Work Act.
The Wage Claims Department plays a key role in recovering unpaid wages and entitlements for union members.
