Bulk email: Creating CSV files of state data

  1. In the administration menu at the top, choose bulk email / search builder
  2. Click the cross icon nect to "edit search criteria"
  3. In 'select record type' dropdown, select 'individual'
  4. In the newly appeared "Internal Contact ID" field, select 'state'
  5. In the newly appeared "primary" field, select "home" or "primary"
  6. In the = field, selct 'LIKE' or '='
  7. In the blank text field type the full name of the state you wish to generate data for i.e TAS should be tasmania
  8. Click search
  9. This page shows the results of your search. Click the top checkbox to select all records or use the "select all # records" radio button to select all records
  10. In the 'more actions' dropdown, select 'export all'
  11. On the following screen select the 'select fields for export' radio button
  12. Select 'Hard Hat Express Export' from the '' dropdown
  13. Click continue
  14. This page confirms the fields you will be exporting. You can add and delete data to export if you need to. Otherwise, click export.

 

The system now will supply a CSV file for you to download.
